    I work 9-12 hours a day 5-6 days a week laying concrete. I've been gaining strength and shredding but I'm looking for more. I'm looking for a supplement similar to what growthfactor 9 promises but I'm not sure what supplement is the real deal could i get some opinions? Thanks

    I eat from 2600 to 3000 calories a day. I don't run around or work out for more than an hour. I sleep 7 to 10 hours a night. I take rest days as I feel I need them. I hit the bag. I pay attention to what I eat I'd consider myself healthier than most.
