    Well, the truth is I don't know that much and that's exactly why I am asking for help. I've done some research however I would like to talk to people about what they have used on a cycle. That's the point of the forum right?

    Hey, I would like to start a cycle of DMZ however, I'm new to all of this. I am 6'0" and weigh 190 with a target weight of 205. What all should I be taking while on cycle with it and post cycle as far as a cycle assist, serp, and pct? All information and help would be greatly appreciated thanks.
