I am 6'2" 213 about 11-12% body fat... This will be first cycle (unless you include the prohormone alphadrol back in 08)... I am not looking to put on really much mass at all I am Looking to just get stronger and look more cut.... In addition I do some mma training so I dont really want to hurt...
