Did a crossfit session this morning that I really enjoyed :). Gave it everything I had. Warm up was 3x5 toes to bar, 3x20 sec L hang,
3x15 air squats and 3x10 box jumps. Rest of the WOD is attached :)

Wow, that is an incredible workout right there!!!! So many Wall balls and handstand push ups!! Your strength and endurance is off the charts!! Another fantastic achievement, well done :)
