I have taken expensive multivitamins, cheap multivitamins, and whole food multivitamins and never notice a difference. The only time I ever "felt" a multivitamin was due to the additional ingredients in some or side effects from iron.

I love when companies leave notes in the product! I did not know they were taking out the noopept, that was the only ingredient holding me back from trying it.
