What did they say about exercise?
Obviously there is a bigger picture, but maybe gets some bands off Amazon and do some easy simple exercises. I know it would make me feel good to at least get some work in. Unless your not suppose to do anything.
Try looking for something like an mrp or weight gainer. Check tge ingredients , most mrps are decent , but weightgainers can have sone crap calories, dovv bc e are alright though.
