    I'm not sure on blood pressure, I will go check it today. Yeah I usually only feel it in the couple hours after I dose. That's when it's the worst.

    I'm not diabetic. It's a supplement that is suppose to keep normal blood sugar and insulin response in the normal range. Honestly, no idea if it works. But I think I will slowly add in some more carbs.
