    Thanks for your advice, I'm using it as a stepping stone to reach my target weight. I'm 5'7, so 150 isn't all that bad if you consiter my frame without lifting is about 115-120lbs.     Last question, can I take the liver aid with the h-drol, or do I have to take it a few hours apart? I was planing on taking 1 of each, morning, night. then in weeks 2,3 adding one tab of h-drol in mid day.
