I don't think so that your acne problem is die to your loifting. I think there is a problem with your diet. Try to change it and eat low calories food specially avoid oily food. You should drink more water.
For weight loss it is important to do workout. In food eat less but low calories food. Gym is good place to do workout and a personal trainer is helpful for getting training.
I like this thread because it is about breakfast. All ideas are great. According to me breakfast is the most important meal of the day and we should eat healthy food in breakfast to get energy.
