    I was 178lbs and now I'm around 183-184lbs and good shape. So I personally found it useful even if it was placebo, also I notice some good strength gains. Again could of just been my lifting routine but this def aided to it for sure.

    Ohh never heard that but might try that out to then. Thank you. I'm just nervous about absolutely killing my estrogen to were it will hurt gains a lot. I know on SERMs it doesn't stop my body from producing it just grabs the receptors but still has an impact on estrogen very much.
