    Fish oil has been shown to help reduce LDL and increase HDL. Now if LDL is only slightly elevated this may be a good thing in turn as LDL also helps increase muscle mass.

    look into D-Aspartic Acid. It has been shown to boost LH and as a result testosterone even while on cycle. Should also be quite effective for coming off cycle if it helps LH levels rebound quickly.

    bump to alex. You want your proteins destroyed, it saves the body from doing it itself. Also like alex said was the only case you'd worry about this is if there was a natural enzyme in the food product that could be destroyed/lose functionality due to the denaturing process.

    I'm not sure how much of an insulogenic response you'll get from the power chew, but you also don't want to spike insulin during your IF, otherwise you're blunting the lipolytic effects of the fast and blunt gh release. Again, this may not be a problem if theres no insulin spike.
