    Yeah, I know weight gain is the easiest to do that. I’d just prefer to be stronger and leaner than fatter and leaner. I’m 31 and been lifting awhile, so not any real room to put more muscle on.

    I think maybe after this cut I’d rather focus on strength. I think I’d like to hit 3, 4, 5, plates on the bench, squat, and deadlift while trying to maintain my composition. Then again, if none of them are a real focus on strength and they usually come with bothI guess that is fine too.

    Thank you guys. Funny thing, I feel like my legs are quite a bit smaller than years ago. They were the absolute biggest when I followed Kris Gethins DTP program to the T back in 2015, which came with an absurd amount of leg presses.
