back on 9/2010 i decided to make the effort to prolong my life and start exercising . starting off at 6'1 415lbs 3xlt shirt ,56 in waist and 60 % body fat.
currently i am 279 lbs 40 in waist , lower 20"s body fat % and wear a xl shirt.
