    Decent article however, we still need to have fun and give it a FULL rest for the mind and body. You'll go insane If you don't take some days and remove yourself from training. That being said.... Don't be taking those days once a week or multiple times in a short span

    It works well if taken every few days. If you take one to two every day the effects aren't as noticeable. Major lethargy while taking it however it was kinda nice in ways. Eased my stress and anxiety with work and things.

    I did 8 weeks at 60mg/day. Honestly. Waste of money. I gained a few pounds and lost 3% body fat while sticking to my bulking diet. Should have added test enth at least. For the money I spent the results did not compare. Sex drive took a big hit. That being said everyone is different.

    Since I've been taking 3-5mg of melatonin at night I've been sleeping much better. Normally it would take me 2 hours to fall asleep or more. With melatonin I'm out within 30mins most nights. A regular sleep schedule would help though. Waking up at 5am on weekdays and 9am on weekends doesn't help...
