    Optimal for binging, and still keeping the ab region lean? Don't think you're going to find anything out there, brah.... All liq is empty calories/and or sugar, none of it is going to be 'optimal' for binging... Maybe a vodka water? ;) For myself when I go out, always have a glass of wine in hand.
