actually no...i typically use reps from 4-6 range about 9-10 working sets for major bodyparts and about 5-6 for smaller body parts ie bi's tri's.
sometimes i try a set of 1 just to see if i can do it...
good luck...should really blast away alot of fat with that volume and intensity...especially at only 2800 cals/day. Very interested in what THE ONE can do for you as far as strength and lean mass gains go on a lower cal diet.
