    So just a little update on the cycle if anyone is interested: I listed the full cycle on another post- this is just quick info: This is the end of the third week of a six week cycle of Epi by Chaparral labs. I am also taking DHEA. Epi 20/20/30 DHEA 25/50/50 All vit., milk thistle, ECA's etc...

    Remember to use low reps with higher weights (weight you work up to..not right at the beginning of course) to help build muscle. Good luck!

    I am midway through an Epi cycle and wondered if it is a good time to use a ECA stack or is it better to wait until after I am done with the EPI? (Chaparral labs) Anyone know? I appreciate the feedback thanks :veryhappy:
  4. Chest bulk workout?

    The other thing you might try is to do power lifting style bench presses for a couple of months. Completely change the way you train the chest for awhile. I did this recently, training my chest (and back) as if I was a power lifter (bench pressing) and had a huge visible change in my chest...

    Bulk up man has got it right = you must build your back if you want a bigger chest. The chest can't be very strong without an equally strong back. One supports the other and even goes beyond appearance = )

    definitely agree- do very clean eating.. and keep doing the cardio 3x wk - your body will eat it up

    I chop up a lot of veges.. potatoes, yams, radishes.. any veges, lay them out on a pan and bake them. I can eat a tray of them easy! little soy sauce on them..oil..
