No protein shakes for me after training, just BCAAs as they're zero cal and although technically leucine breaks the fast, it's insulinogenic effect isn't as great as a whey shake would be...

Personally I use 300mg of KSM-66 2x per day; the first within an hour of getting up and the second when I get back from work at 6/7pm, regardless of a training day or not (I train at 6:30am in the week).
This dosing regimen works for me and totally helps with my overall rage/anxiety, etc.
What about with halo? I also have a bottle of Olympus UK Halo-100 which could potentially be used alongside, with the 4-diol as a base... Just not sure how many of each would be realistic for a first cycle (if I ever do it!) and not overkill

I've been taking it on an empty stomach first thing in the am (I do IF from 9pm to 1pm typically) and usually take the pm dose before bed at 10pm. I've not experienced any stomach problems with this method and I'm now on day 5... would there be any benefits to taking it with food?
