37 y/o paramedic who is working toward getting his life back on the healthy track. I have gained to my all time obese weight of 308 lbs. I successfully did this over the last 18 years of marriage. I let myself go. I didn't have to work at getting the girls any longer, I had mine. I became very sedentary and the waist line did not take long to grow.
I started my EMS career 14 years ago at 225 lbs. Eating on the run became the norm. This translates to fast food and round belly.
Thanks to my wonderful wife, she has got me back on the fit track. I'm working out with a personal trainer now. Im down 40 lbs in the last two and a half months. I'm well on my way to being the man she married 18 years ago. It's never too late to get your fit back.
