This is what my plan is now...
i put this in anothere thread too..im gettin good results
MEAL 1:
5 whole eggs with 1 cup of Oatmeal (cooked)
5 capsules American Pure Whey NITRIX XXL
MEAL 2:
200 g SIZER XXL with 2 tbsp peanut butter
MEAL 3:
8oz of chicken plus salad plus 1.5 tbsp olive...

this is what im doing now..APW is letting me test thier products and i feel good till now..this is the diet they set me up with...and they advised me to teain 2 on 1 off..45 minutes per session

I like quality calories so i put in the blender 50 g American Pure Whey 100% whey with 50 g waxymaize with 2 tbsp peanut butter..I add ice and blend it..
tastes so good and has all the macronutrients :veryhappy:
i think ur on the right trak..i would jus go protein+fat in all meals..then one day of the week you have a cheat day
are you using any fatburners..
also, you migt want to think of using a quality whey protein isolate..On has soy and fillers in them..gives me the runs:sigh:
