    During my fast can I have a low carb monster pretty sure its under 50 calories? Also cycling in a ECA stack im only taking them on my low calorie day then stop during my weight lifting. What do u guys think?

    Ok I have been reading thru allot of threads and I'm hearing mixed opinions on the BCAA. I am currently taking while I am fasting and while I'm working out. On my off days I will have some only during my fast. Do u guys see any problems with this? Can I have too many BCAA's?

    Don't forget to do some fake baking it really helps. I did the Alcohol 2x a day. It took about 3 weeks, u should notice a diffidence after 1- 1 1/2 weeks.

    I used alcohol and tanned for 3 weeks and mine cleared up. The alcohol isn't good for your skin by any means but it drys u up.
