... They arent quad dominant, both given workouts are leg workouts but in both workouts the first few exercises are selected to mainly target quads or hammies. SLDL are later in the quad focused leg day because they ont target quads directly at all.
Oh definitely 300cals can change you from a cutting/maintenance/recomp or bulking diet easily, and you wont even know it.
I have about 2 scoops ED of Xtend. On fasting periods I up it a bit
when you fast:
Insulin drops and glucagon increases
Fat oxidation increases (fuel)
Increase GH
Along with a lot of beneficial things. After 24 hours it all slows down though, and your body tries to go back to homeostasis, so there is no real need to fast for more than 24 hours. Im in the middle...
bicep shape is genetics, if its happening on both bi's grip close for BB curls to hit the outer Bi and grip shoulder/slighter wider to hit the innerhead

1g protein is 4 calories, lets just say its the same for BCAA (although its zero) 4calx13g = 52cal.
If you waste your life worrying about 50cals A DAY your on PCP. 50cals is nothing

if your using bulk bcaa or xtend there arent any calories or sugars so its the same as green tea or a black coffee.
When I do either my evening fast and my 24 hour fast I only drink bcaa all day.

Get a little more clen, run it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Less can be more so start at 20 and bump up till you hit roughly 120 then stay there till day 14. Stop taking clen for 14 days then take it again for 14 days with the same method.
My workout time will most likely be at night (Sadly no preworkout dose for me) although if I can workout prior to 6pm I would of course take a dose of both stano/tren pre.
Any input regarding timing on pct? As far as I can tell I have my bases covered, but im always down for some input
I do agree, got some deals and picked up some extras just to be extra pre-cautious, I always get paranoid when running and like to have my bases covered.. and then some. Everything I listed is everything I have will run what I feel I need for supports when it gets there.
