Whats up guys I'm 21 years old. I have been lifting seriously for about 6 years, off and on up until the last 8 months. I never really spent much time or effort into a serious diet until the beginning of 2012 and have been dialing and tuning myself to eat as perfect as possible. Just trying to stay as fit as possible, bulk up and get that body we all draem of having or are working towards, or in some cases already have! I've come from 5'7" at 125 lbs to a couple lbs lesser of 150 and am trying to get up to around 165 lean muscle. I hit the gym 3 days on, 1 day off, and spend anywhere from 60-90 minutes each day. Was doing about 60-90 minutes cardio/week but have dropped to about 15 mins due to the fact that I need all the calories I can get, I'M A HARDGAINER FOR SURE. Any PM's or advice on any cycles I will be doing are greatly appreciated, and will be listened to based on what I believe to be best and what the experienced users out there have to offer me!
