    Whisky explained it well. I've never had a problem pinning pharma or lab made gear subq. But you can read reports all over of people getting nasty knots from pinning UGL subq.

    This is what I do, ed injections subq with a slin pin. You will have higher free test and lower e2, compared to im 2x per week. Your gear needs to be high enough quality though or lumps may form.

    Does the catabolisis of AMPK even matter when gear is in the mix? Plenty of pros are using metformin while on GH, I highly doubt it is slowing anything down.

    Kind of sounds like shoulder impingement, if that is the problem nothing is going to heal it until you fix your posture and strengthen your rear delts, upper back, and rotator cuffs.
