I am also a big fan of the very healthy sweet potato. I do it a little different though. I bake a small to med one for four minutes then cut lengthwise and add about three tbl spoons of almond butter. I like to top it off with pepitos to add a little crunch. I like to roll them up in tin foil...
I am a proponent of micro dosing but have not done it with lsd due to lack of reliable source. Mushrooms and cactus are much more available in my area and the later can be legally ordered online. I consider it to be like a psychedelic cup of coffee.

I am slowly easing back into lifting after some aggravating joint problems. Tendonitis in the Achilles has been the most annoying this year. Looks like an informative forum yall have here, I look forward to picking some of your brains in the near future.
