Forgot to mention that I'm not really planning on using and pre since I lift in the evenings after work and want to go to bed eventually. I have been running this for about a week:

sucks about the drama, but great workout.
Do what I do with taking lots of pills, make little baggies ahead of time or get one of those vitamin chests things.
