    Interesting. Due to a shoulder injury, I can only do front/Zercher style squats. Also my gym only has Smith machines and in my legs they feel the same. What I'm doing wrong?

    beside water and electrolyte drinks, I have found magnesium helped me out a lot. I take ZMA Nightcap and use Magnesium oil.
