About Me
27 year old, started weightlifting again in august 09 after some years break.
was horrible shape when i started up again..but is comming back to good old days a bit after a bit now:)
made a profile here so i can track my progress and discuss and learn from eatch other about training/nutrition.
very many good articles in here as well:)

my target weight is 188 and over 300lbs in all 3 big ones(bench-squat-deadlift) im getting closer and closer:)

my current supplements are:

green magnitude by controlled labs
black powder by mri
amino 2222 by on
glutamine by on
caseine protein by different brands
omega 3-6-9 by udos choice

i try to eat minimum 4 meals a day and try to hold a high protein diett.

my programm is hole body mon-wed-fri
mon: high rep day 1 base excersise pr bodypart
wed: isolation day mid rep range
fri: strenght day few reps 1 base excersise pr bodypart
