Perhaps you need to add some more volume to your workouts. Either more sets or more reps per set. I've found that while I can increase in strength only doing a few sets with low rep ranges, I need to really work to exhaustion in order to put on more size.
Squats: Maybe try flexing your core more and keeping your head pointing up so that you are more stable. You seem to wobble a little on the way up.

I always touch my chest when I bench and haven't had any problems with my shoulders. One issue could be if you are bringing the bar down too close to your neck so that your shoulders are at a very extreme angle.
What are your thoughts on machines for triceps? I find it very hard to really feel it in my triceps when I try to isolate them with close grip bench or various dumbbell or barbell movements so I've started using the different machines my gym has to work the triceps more vigorously.
I don't see any reason why your ability to build muscle naturally would be affected after you go on a cycle unless you didn't do PCT or something and your hormones get all messed up but at the same time, why spend money and risk negative health consequences when your body is still changing...
