Ran 3 bottles and didn’t notice much either tbh. Slight body temp increase (not consistent) but nothing significant enough to continue. Definitely don’t miss squirting oil in my mouth every day [emoji38]

If pump products bother you than I can’t imagine this will be any different. Pumps are as good as I’ve ever had.

I have. Hair and nails seem to grow faster but didn’t notice any strength/pump effects like on FD2. As for leaning, nothing significant in a deficit/maintenance on top of a dialed in diet, but I never noticed anything with FD2 either in that aspect.

Finished the bottle that I’ve been using sparingly over the past year. Seemed to work well for cheat meals but how does the daily 2/2 dosing work if you’re in a deficit? Any point?
