    nice that would be cool. I do em twice a week. After GVt bench, and before my ohp day post warmup. I also go for a nice little jaunt around the neighborhood on the weekend to help burn some of that unwanted poundage

    sup country I've been doing those 100 pushups ( actuually closer to 200) you suggested doing for cardio awhile back and I really like it.
