Ok guys I have crazy leg strength leg press well over a grand, do lotsa warm sets to get there as well.. I am 5'8" tall weighing in at 195-200 I was up to 320 bench started dead lifting got that up to 455 got the squat up to 455 since everything else was on the rise the bench went down down...
here was flat bench routine: 95 x10 135x10 185x6 225x5 275x3 305x1 drop set 255 x8 now I am having trouble just getting 275 x1 my legs are still crazy strong 455 squat and 455 deadlift so whats up with my bench?
What a funny thread I just got snipped yesterday, at 3 pm I was and walking around today but mostly just kinda sat around, some really uncomfortable pressure but thats all. no gym for at least three weeks and all is well after this procedure. Doc told me my levels of free test will not change...
