I agree with what the others said you have to eat more. I’m 5’7 and am at 176 and very lean. I’m eating 500 carbs 300 protein and 100 fats to grow right now. Been doing that for a month and the weight is starting to creep up slowly.
This is an awesome opportunity for someone. I’m on my 3rd bottle of Dien now dosing 2ml a day. In four weeks I’m down 2% body fat and muscle mass has increased weight stayed the same per my scan. This while increasing macros. Just had my last scan Thursday and my coach said don’t lose anymore...
Oh yeah, I expect hdl to tank and ldl to spike. I plan to get them checked at the 6 week mark. Then when I’m done as well. They know me by name at LabCorp since I go so often, a little obsessive monitoring bloodwork.
Yes, that’s one of the big concerns. I think I saw you said your bp goes up when you get to 100mg. I’m thinking of starting at 75mg until I finish the oral then upping it as long as my bp is in check.
I'm getting ready to start Superdrol and am trying to determine if I should run 2 tabs or 3 tabs a day. I'm 160 with 10%bf. Been lifting about 10 yrs. I workout 5 days a week. Macros are 40/40/20. Any recommendations?
