Doesn't need to be cycled. I use it basically whenever I have a high carb meal. Sometimes thats only 1 per day, or 3 times per day and maybe i would go a day or 2 without taking AP. Its really meant for maintenance when you eat a larger amount of carbs imo.
I am going to be starting my next cutting cycle on October 6th with Recreate and Anabolic Pump. I get good results from AP alone with loosing body weight and my diet and training so I am hoping that throwing in Recreate will help me shed more bodyfat :D
I am considering order All They Whey - Whey Isolate Cinnabun or Cup Cake Batter since my Whey that I am using now is almost gone. I mix my PWO shake w/ my whey, 30-35g of dextrose, and 5g for creatine in water.
Anyone do this and know if these flavors will still be good?

Thanks for all your help...
2 or 3 meals usually have close to 25-30g of carbs in them. My breakfast I have 30g, dinner usually around 25g, and I am prolly going to up another meal to have about 25-30...prolly pre-worout meal.
I looked through the forum and did searches but I wanted to ask the question to make sure that I would get the right answer. My diet consists of 6 meals a day, mainly a high protein and low carb diet. I usually consume around 60-80g of carbs a day with my diet. I know AP only works with carbs...
