    Awesome - I'll look them up. As for protein supplement... I now have Webber Natural's Whey Protein Isolate...is this any good? hehe awesome! By the looks of things and the speed its going at, I think I'll be pretty reasonably toned by this summer - not huge or ripped to the bone or anything...
