I also do both. If I had a barbell and a squat rack, I wouldn't need a gym at all. I enjoy working out at home. Don't have to go to a gym and que for the equipment. I can listen to my own music and not wear a shirt if I want to.
Interval sessions with short, high intense work phases and rest intervals that are twice or thrice as long as the work intervals to ensure the intensity in the work phases. Sorry for the long sentence.

I'm doing IF now and I'm wondering if it's worth taking creatine before my workout if I take only my BCAA's with them? Does the creatine get into my muscles like that or is it a waste of creatine?
