I had fever on epi, week 2 and it was strong. Week 3 - it was gone. I think it's your body adapting. Be prepared for more sides to come - lethargy, mood swings. Know this though - all of it is ok while on cycle. Don't panic, stay with it. On week 4 you should be used to all sides.
