    Try throwing them in after a real heavy squat or deadlift day. The added groth hormone release could def help them tri's for sure.

    Added 1.2 g to my pwo, worked alright. nothing to crazy. i think it did help with muscle endurance a little bit. Got a few more reps. No crazy vascularity though.

    Mesomorph is definitley the most potent preworkout ive ever used. I feel like chuck norris is involved for sure. he's the only one that could put that much punch in a drink! Kapow!!!

    Im a carton man myself. Quick, easy, and theres pretty much no difference in nutrition facts. Just once you open a carton, you have to finish it within like 4-5 days or it goes bad. Its easy if you just eat them everyday.

    I like to wake up, take a fatburner, drink atleast one bottle of water, and just go. Im more of a jog/speed walker myself. keeps my heart rate at optimal level and i dont go catabolic.
  14. Pre Workout Meal - Fat or No Fat?

    I would def take in atleast 45g of complex carbs and 15-20 g from monounsaturated fat with 30 - 50 grams of protein 90 min. b4 workout. Ive noticed that fats increase my pumps alot with the carbs.
