    Routine is fine, anything more than 45minutes anyway would be too much for most people unless they use "extra stuff", 30minutes will be a good change for your muscles and it will allow you to focus on each muscle 100%. Look up Max-OT. 30minutes is fine, don't listen to anyone who says a workout...
