I'm moving into my late 50s and fighting desperately to ward off the **** storm of issues that come with getting older and not taking better care of myself before now.

I'm almost 5 months into recovery from a broken neck and the spinal cord damage that came with the package. I've been laid up all this time and I'm ready to get back active and back into shape. However, I must go thru shoulder surgery now so it will be a few months yet.

I'm taking HRT and I feel way to much of it is getting converted to estrogen. I'm getting ready to give Alphadex a shot at helping with the mid section fat that is seemingly permanent. I have a build up of Visceral fat that just wont go away.
