    Somnidren gh really helps me i have restless leg syndrome and it can keep me awake all god damn night! On somnidren i can sleep all the way through the night not waking once and have crazy dreams. Not sure on the increase on lean muscle maybe gained a bit more toned I would not pay £40 for it...
