So I'm currently cutting and not too sure what the optimal amount of fat to lose per week is. Some people say 1 and others say 3 or so. I'm lifting 5 days a week with a couple of cardio sessions and I'm losing about 1.5 lbs a week.
Yeah I figured it was genetic people in my family tend to hold a good amount of fat in the face also. Ay man noticed your account says your from Boston haha I'm from the Cambridge area
I tend to hold a lot of fat in my face from bulking idk if it's genetic or not. Will my face get thinner as I cut? Does anybody else get a round face from bulking. It's kind of annoying honestly.
In what body parts do you personally start to lose fat from first? It seems my back arms shoulders and legs will get lean quick but my face holds on to more fat.
Eat 3,000 calories of simple carbs for a month then for another month eat 3,000 calories of only fat and tell me what happens. Going by cals in vs out...you should not gain any more wright on one vs the other. But I'm telling you that you will gain fat on the simple carbs vs eating only fat...
Look up the book I mentioned and the studies where people consume almost triple they're daily calories in protien and high fat and still lose weight due to the absence of carbs. Carbs are not the enemy but they are the reason why we get fat. Why do you think the keto/ atkins/paleo diet are so...
Not at all...just basic science. If getting fat was a math problem like calories in vs out then we would be the most simple thing in the universe. It's not as easy as 1+1=2 which is why calories in vs out doesn't exist it's the worst bro science out there.
Okay I want to see how many other people agree with this and a lot has been coming out on this lately. Our body does not use calories because they're a measurement we created to MEASURE the amount of food. Our body doesn't use calories it uses NUTRIENTS from food. So calories in vs out is one of...
I'm trying to dry out and drop all my water for a little photo shoot I have that's nothing huge but I'd still like to look good. From what I understand if you pull most water from your body using diuretics etc... And carb load during this process, the carbs will pull out even more water in order...
