I’ve run both compounds separately, but when combined I kept Sustanon at 250mg/week and Tren E at 300mg/week.
For me, the key was managing sides — caber on hand, and pinning 2x weekly helped with stability.
Curious to hear what others are doing, especially around week 6–8 where things get wild.
