Thanks guys for all the suggestions. I honestly get about 6-8hrs of sleep a night and yes I have children 1 12 month and one’s in the oven and will be here in July. So sleep some nights isn’t the best. But I will definitely look into nootropics now instead of the pre workout route.
Just trying to get some opinions on the matter? Coffee doesn’t seem to be working much anymore for me. If one were to do the switch from coffee to a Pre Workout what would you guys recommend?
Okay so basically I’ve noticed no significant changes in blood sugar fluctuations while taking 2 caps 5 times a day with meals. But what I did realize is that it’s making me a lot more hungry than normal. So I’m wondering if this would help with appetite for people looking to increase it

I have decided to now do 2 caps 5x a day to see if one I feel any different and two if it will help with blood sugars. I was seeing no difference when taking 2 caps 3x a day.
