loving the sound of that workout. Quick question though, a pistol squat is a one legged squat right? How the hell do you work up to that? For my weight i've got decent leg strength, and very good core strength (i think anyway) but there's no way in hell i could manage one of those
Interesting, I have started a cycle of IGF LR3 after a series of operations (motorbike crash) to just speed up my muscle memory, so to speak. One of the scans I had have shown a possible cyst on my cruciate ligament. There's no way the IGF has caused it, but I wonder if it will cause it to grow...
