late mornings to early afternoons is best to me. I try to time everything with my daily nutrition schedule. Also, I feel like I need some fuel from previous meals before I hit up the gym so mornings is even more out of the question for me...
does this have any bad effects on the body like how alcohol does?....just wondering;)

o n btw i dont do this that much...it was a rare reoccurence of past bad habits that friends sometimes manage to lure me into:P..
