    Hi,,, Cardio is an exercise in which the heart rate increase to a certain extent.It is much better to use small amount of Whey protein or any other protein shake before doing Cardio in the morning.

    Hi,,, It is some what quite a difficult task to bulk up if you are vegetarian.The main reason is the plants, in general, contain less calories than animal food. I can't advice you any particuler tips but can guide you about the food usage. coconut and all other nuts,Seeds,Avocado and Olives
