hello, i have been working out some 2 years ago, to reduce my body fat, (and i still have some way to go ...) but in the way became obseesed and in the last year i made great improvements.I want to be the person with more muscle than anyone on the island i live. i cant say i am bodubiulding but my friends say that i do.. i think i am doing more powerlifting that bodybuild because i like heavy weights, and this has made my body look better, and i also feel better.anyway i like working out a lot and hard, continue to do so every other evening (8.30pm) after work.there is no gym at the island where i live so i work out at home, or more recently at a place i have rented.
my father is doing his best at training me because he was into bodubuilding stuff when he was young.
