    Thanks everyone for the good input. I think that I am going to try the Monday Chest Tuesday Back Wednesday Rest Thursday Shoulders Friday Legs Saturday Bis/Tris I am going to start to up my intake as best as I can. I am trying to get my routine and diet down before I start my mdrol cycle.
