I like to stick with the same routine adding weight/reps week to week. I only switch it up for a week or two after about three months and then back to the normal routine.
Thanks for the RP's Matt. I have a question though and maybe I should start a new thread for this. But here we go. How often do you switch up your work out routine?
I'm very intrigued by Primordial perfomance's Andro series. But first I would suggest putting a cycle together and asking for help critiquing to suit your experience and goals. Good luck
